It depends on the type of LMIA. It Can range from 2 weeks to 6 months on average.
What happens to the fees paid if the Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), doesn’t get approved?
Our fees are based on earned services and unfortunately, we cannot control the decision of any application. In addition, the government does not refund fees for refused LMIA’s.
